Heating and cooling help that starts with your city, not a call script.

TempReach USA connects you with an independent local HVAC technician in your metro. Every city page on this site is built from that metro's real data — its housing age, ZIP codes and climate record — so the problems described and the services explained are the ones your neighborhood actually deals with.

Heating & cooling services

Twelve core services, each explained in plain language — what the work involves, the signs that point to it, and what shapes the job.

How TempReach USA works

1. Call and describe the problem

Tell the call center what is happening — no heat, no cooling, a system that will not stop running — and the ZIP code of the home. That is all the information the routing needs.

2. Get routed to a local HVAC technician

Your call is routed to an independent heating and cooling professional who serves your area and handles that kind of work. You speak with them directly about the visit.

3. The technician does the work

The technician comes to your home, diagnoses the system and does the work. TempReach USA does not perform the work itself — the professional at your door is responsible for it.

Common questions

Is TempReach USA an HVAC company?
No. TempReach USA is a connection service. When you call, the call center routes you to an independent local heating and cooling professional who serves your ZIP code. That professional comes to your home and does the work; TempReach USA does not employ the technician or perform the work itself.
What happens when I call?
Tell the call center what is happening at your home — no heat, no cooling, uneven temperatures, a system making new noises — and the ZIP code where the home is. They route the call to an HVAC professional who covers that area and handles that kind of work, and you speak with that professional about the visit.
When is the call center open?
Call center hours are Mon-Fri 7:00 AM-10:00 PM ET, Sat 8:00 AM-10:00 PM ET, Sun 7:00 AM-9:00 PM ET. Outside those hours, the city page for your metro and the guides on this site cover the first checks to make — and if the heat is out in freezing weather, protect the plumbing in exterior walls first, then call when the center opens.
How is each city page put together?
Each city page is assembled from public data: Census Bureau population and housing figures for that metro, the area's ZIP codes and counties, and NOAA climate normals from the nearest weather station. That is why one city's page talks about furnaces worn by hard winters and another's talks about air conditioners overworked by extreme heat — the data underneath them differs.
I am not sure what is wrong with my system. Where do I start?
Start with the city page for your metro. It walks through the problems the local housing stock and climate produce, the services available, and the neighborhoods and ZIP codes covered — then one call connects you with a professional who serves your street.
