About TempReach USA

TempReach USA is a connection service for homeowners. We are not an HVAC company and we do not send our own technicians: when you call, the call center routes you to an independent local heating and cooling professional who serves your area, and that professional does the work at your home. We think that arrangement works well when it is stated plainly — you know who you are calling, and the technician who arrives is a local business, not a subcontractor of a website.

The site exists to make that connection easier to make with information attached. Each city page is built from public data about that metro — Census housing figures, the ZIP codes in the service area, the age of the local housing stock and the climate record — so the page you land on describes the heating and cooling problems your area actually has, rather than the same text with the city name changed. Where the data points to air conditioners overworked by long, hot summers, that is what the page talks about; where it points to furnaces worn by hard winters, the page talks about those instead.

If you are a heating and cooling professional interested in receiving calls in your area, use the contact page and tell us the ZIP codes you serve.

Our role, stated plainly

TempReach USA is not an HVAC company. We employ no heating or cooling technicians, we run no service trucks, and we do not carry out HVAC work of any kind. This website and its call center exist for one purpose: to connect homeowners with independent local heating and cooling professionals who serve their area. When you call the number on this site, your call is routed to such a professional. From that point, everything about the job belongs to that professional and to you: the assessment, the work itself, the scheduling, what you are charged, and the terms of any agreement you reach. The professional who takes your job is solely responsible for it. The technician who arrives at your home runs their own business; they are not an employee, agent or subcontractor of TempReach USA. Our part is the information on these pages — assembled from Census Bureau housing data and NOAA climate records for each metro — and the routing of your call. We state this plainly on purpose: you should know exactly who you are hiring before anyone picks up a wrench or a gauge.
